Travel 3 miles (Maysville road changes to North Elm Street)
Turn Left at light onto to Central Avenue

From Athens:
Take US Hwy. 441 north towards I-85.
Turn left on South Elm Street
Turn right on Central Avenue
Turn right on State Street
Folk to Fine Arts Festival & Expo at the Commcerce Civic Center is on the left.
